After 6 unanswered emails to the support team on items that should have been caught in the BETA stage, anyone know how I get my subscription $ back.
The old Ad-Aware SE ran great but so many problems with the 2007 Pro product have me deleting the program.
Running Windows XP Home and the only other protection software is Windows ONE CARE.
Changes that can't be saved, passwords that are deleted, decrease in load speed of sites by 100% of text sites and others like espn, shutdown or re-start actions that hang etc etc on a system that ran great before I loaded the new Ad-Aware.
Frustrated at a product that was good and now isn't worth considering. The backroom was asleep on this version.
