when my scan or update is complete I get the following error:

I don't know what it means so please help!
I'm running windows vista but I don't think that's a problem.

Why nobody read the 'system requirements'

Vista is the problem !
You can try this > switch from AERO to WINDOWS CLASSIC > run a scan > it should work now-
otherwise you have to wait until vista compatible release ( think it's 3 Q )

I'll switch to windows classic make the scans
and wait patient for the vista compatible release
