Full Scan hangs in Ad-Aware 2007 (free) Ver. 7.0.1.2 & 7.0.1.3.
I am running Windows XP Professional and have uninstalled the most recent 1.06 version of Ad-Aware prior to installing Ver. 7.0.1.2 and then updating to Ver. 7.0.1.3.
I sent crash reports to Lavasoft in each case. The problem is with the Full Scan the Smart Scan appears to be OK.
Since mine is the free version am I now just out of luck? or will Lavasoft deal with the problem and let me know what I need to do. I did my part by sending them th error reports they requested.
My OS is current with latest service packs. Norton A/V 2006 was running.
Any help will be appreciated.
