I've installed Ad-Aware SE and haven't yet got it to complete a scan. I've searched for the Virtumonde trojan, changed my settings as recommended and tried it in safe mode, but nothing seems to work. Any spyware program I try does the same thing - searches for a while, comes up with a number of problems, then shuts the system down. I end up with the blue screen!!!

Please help - I don't know what to try next. Norton says there's no viruses, but something's happening.

the same thing is also hapening to my laptop. I did an adaware scan and it freezes when it found one critical object, then the system crashes (blue screen).

there was one forum that tells us to apply some worm removal software, i did that but i didnt see any critical objects bothering my computer.

yet the computer still freezes and crashes after adaware se personnal found that 1 critical object.

please help, i dont wana reformat my laptop
