It would appear looking down the list of items people have posted and the number of responses, that there is no one from lavasoft replying in these forums and no ad-adware experts either, this is so different to PC-TOOLS, Kaspersky, zonealarm, Comodo.

I don't think I will buy this product again. No support either

I am not with Lavasoft, but...
If you paid, then you are in the wrong support area.
This is the free version free interchange area.

redwolfe_98
you can find lavasoft-support by going to the "lavasoft" website and clicking "support"..

if you want help with removing malware, there is another lavasoft forum for that, called something like "hijack this logs".. (look in the list of lavasoft forums)

Strange.
You may be right, but I have yet to find anywhere where it nsays that on these forums. As a long-time paid subscriber, the "support" page links you here.

Can you show me where it says that so I can delete the link?

Does anyone ever read the Stickies, the Announcements, or even the Table of Contents? In the Announcement section at the very top of the forum index:

I certainly apologize if the forum doesn't meet your expectations. Most of us assisting here are volunteers and, hey, what can you expect with free help?

Hello Oldfrog smile.gif

Anyone posting assistance here without the letters LS in front of their name, is a volunteer - I personally spend at least 20, if not 30, hours of my own free time here each week. We volunteers are happy to help - a positive, appreciative response always helps matters progress smoothly.

That link is the informative one and takes you through these pages - firstly here (click on each image to view it full size):

Clicking on the "Customer Care" link takes you to the list of languages Support is available in:

Clicking on this "Customer Care" link takes you to the FAQ page for Lavasoft's e-seller, element5:

This gives a lot of useful information about your transaction purchase.

To log-in to the LS Customer Center, high-light the word "Support" at the Top, and select "Support Center":

Alternatively, you may take the direct route to the LS Website: http://www.lavasoft.com/
and log into the LS Support Center from there:

Go to www.lavasoft.com and drop down support, and select SUPPORT CENTER.
It looks like you would then log on. The links above the LOGON info say that
they are for FREE versions. But, I don't know how you register, or what you
get after you LOGON. That's all I know. Sorry.

True. First one was, as later posted, a linque that brought you back here.
The support page, if you click on support and log-in, you get a menu similar to earthlink, doesn't give you enough options, you have to "work around", and, you wait for any kind of response.

Two submissions in 4 days, no response.

Next button is forums, which brings you here.

I figured if I am on the official support page and it brings me here, this is where you ask.

No?
