Everytime I start a new scan, it gets about 120 something files in, and the computer reverts back to classic mode and after a few my computer shuts off to a Blue screen with a fatal error. What could be causing this....and How do I fix it?

how long have you had ad-aware installed? did you only recently install it? if so, maybe the problem is a result of the ad-aware installer that you used..

if you only recently installed ad-aware, i would try to uninstall it and then reinstall it using the "old" ad-aware installer, which worked right.. here is a like for the "old" ad-aware installer:

Yeah this happened and I uninstalled adaware, and reinstalled...both from download.com...so maybe thats why? Oh and I just uninstalled again and reinstalled from that link..Same problem...

i am sorry my suggestion didn't help..

maybe you have some malware that is preventing ad-aware from running..

you could try doing some scans with some other antimalware-programs, like "superantispyware" or "a-squared antimalware"..
