[font="Verdana"][/font]Hi, I just purchased and installed Ad-aware SE Professional and everytime I turn on my computer I get an error message that an error has occurred trying to install the program and I should contact Microsoft. I don't believe it is a Microsoft issue. I blew away the first installation of AA Pro and re installed it but the Microsoft thing still happens. Whe I open the program manually the Ad-Watch has never load properly. When I had regular Ad-Aware it would start up during the full Windows start-up. But now all I am getting are these error messaged that Ad-aware Pro is not loading. I even purchased the Extended Download for Upgrade Ad-Aware SE Professional and I have some technical savy but this is making me totally lost. In the beginning, when it worked it was asking me to accept or block key registries of key componants of my computer like Windows, and other major things.
I don't know if I have made myself clear, but I'd really like to figure out why my new software isn't working properly!!
