I have been using Windows XP for awhile now. Sometimes my PC freezes or goes slow at times. Alot of the time though it is fine. I just would like to do a thorough check to see if my computer is clean and everything is good, you know?

I use the following programs:

Ad Aware SE Personal
AVG Free
Spybot Search & Destroy
Windows Defender

I also use Eusing Free Registry Cleaner to clean the Registry, as well as CCleaner just to clean and delete everyday stuff. If there is any other information you need to know about my computer, let me know.
