Lavasoft's instructions to install the LSP removal tool:
Using LSP Explorer
LSP explorer is where, please?
Close Ad-Aware, if it is currently open.
how do i "close" ad-aware?
Download the LSP Explorer plug-in.
Run the downloaded file.
Restart Ad-Aware and choose the "Plug-ins" option.
how do i "restart" ad-aware?
Choose the LSP Explorer plug-in.
and finally, will the LSP removal tool conflict with microsoft's 2-way firewall?

Several of Lavasoft's tools, such as the Look2me Removal Tool, appear to function as an antiVIRUS.
My question is obvious: will this cause conflict with my resident oa antivirus?

Hi nweissma,
Look at the
Plug-ins and Tools page of the main Lavasoft website (ie: the Look2me Removal Tool page states
"If your anti-virus program is unable to identify the cause, or if the program detects Look2Me but cannot remove it, use the Lavasoft Look2Me Removal Tool to clean your system.").
