I bought the ad-aware and firewall packet last weekend. Since then the firewall keeps shutting down for no reason I can figure. I have not set it to run in stealth mode. Twice I've been able to re-install and get it back but today I get nothing. I have tried everything humanly possible to get customer support but I cannot even get in because it insists my password is wrong - although I only ever use 1 of 4 possible combos none of them work. When I try to get CS to send me a new password by clicking on the forgot it link I get nothing. This has to be by far absolute WORST experience I have ever had with any customer service ever. How can you possibly sell something and then completely ignore the purchaser? If anyone can suggest how I might either get customer supports attention or keep the firewall from shutting down - meaning disappearing from the active tray and refusing to open manually - that would be a shocking surprise. As it is I'm just going to write "SUCKER" on my forehead and uninstall the thing. Oh, and I'm going to call my bank and dispute the firewall portion of the charge. That was fraud at best.
