After 2 months of continued "trouble-shooting" of my newly purchased Ad-Aware SE software. I ask, why is it required to spend HOURS of time reading threads on this site, following advice from other users , in an attempt to fix a purchased product. SO... Ive UN-installed the software and will never purchase a Lavasoft product again!!
PS.. I guess I should not expect to receive a refund, although I only "used" the product for 2 months(?)
