I renewed my license for Ad-Aware SE Plus in Dec. 06 and my system has crashed. I can't seem to download again unless I pay a fee to Element 5. I think this is unfair. Can someone please tell me how to register for the Support Center , so I have the possibility of downloading without a fee.

Hi Alan,

To log into the Lavasoft Support Center you need your email address and the password created during the purchase process - if you have forgotten the password or did not print out the confirmation email (which contains this password), there is a "forgotten password" link on the log-in page.

Once logged-in, navigate to the "Product Downloads" section in the left-hand menu, from where you can re-download your licensed product.
