I am running Adaware SE Plus, and Spybot, and they both caught this during a re-start. The Ad-watch program won't clear my screen when I said to block it.it keeps coming back and sitting right on top. When it first came on, I clicked the "click here for advice" and it opens a window to an (I guess) administrator page, but I don't know what I'm seeing. Please note that I am not computer savy, and therefore might irritate whomever tries to help me. This may be nothing, or it may be the all- sad.gif sad.gif consuming virus of death, I wouldn't know the difference. Please help?

That microsoft program runs at startup after the computer has encountered a blue screen error (aka BSoD), it is ok to allow, and in some cases microsoft has advice on how to correct the cause of it.
