In response to "fix" for "5% error retrieve, etc...." You say to "uninstall current version of Ad-Aware SE Professional and go to Support Center and download the product and open and check for updates." I cannot find anywhere in "Support Center to download the product and when I go to the "regular Ad-Aware site" can only "purchase"???
Where to go?

Hi neurono,

Log into the Support Center and from the left-hand menu, select "Resources > Product Downloads":

Should your product not be listed, check that your License is up to date under "User Information > License Info":

If your license has expired, you can renew it through "Customer E-Store > License Renewals":

Your license will need to be current anyway, for you to be able to upgrade to Ad-Aware 2007 when it comes out of Public Beta Testing and is formally released.
