I paid for update Adaware SE to AdAware Pro.
Nobody ask me to register. And now, I try to obtain support because, since a few days, I cannot obtain updates of definition.
After half an hour on Lavasoft.com, the solution is on support center but it's impossible to me to log in because I don't have any password and there is no solution to get one. Incredible support!!!!
Please help me.

This is a known issue - The problems with ISP/Error Retrieving Update issues has now been fixed.

tazounet, you should have received a confirmation email regarding the upgrade of your product providing details on how to register.
