After installing AAW Beta Two one gets a message saying: unregistered 7 day 0 runs evaluation copy.
Aparently one has to fill in a registration name (no problem) and a serial number (???). Same happens with Ad-Watch. Where do I find/get that serial nr.

You are on the wrong forum, this is the general support forum (beta plugin section), not the separate beta2007 forum. The beta version is (currently) of the pro version of ad-aware, normally a user would need a license to use the pro version, but while in beta AAW 2007 Pro allows you to click the evaluate button and use the program anyway, this is so user who have not purchased the pay version can still beta test.

Yes wrong forum.. Tho it doesn't matter just about every network admin and pc tech I have spoken with has moved to Spybot. Can no longer run Ad-aware as stand alone since it requires a service to run. This means that it's lost it's usefulness as a software that could be run direct from a ram drive without installation. Because when you expect ad-aware on a workstation first thing we all do is disable the NIC card to stop more from installing or spreading. With the old Ad-Aware we would do an update on a workstation that does not have ad-aware to update definitions on the RAM Flash than go run the scan on the infected workstation.

Well Ad-aware has lost that market and are slowly moving to spybot exclusively now.
