I have been unable to update my newly purchased Ad-aware SE software. I have been following the threads and have tried all suggestions. The update worked the first week or so and then nothing. Same for the Ad-aware personal version I use on my laptop.

Why no support phone number for paying customers, Lavasoft? Why no billing department I can call and get a refund?

WHY NOT JUST FIX THE DAMN PROBLEM???

Thank God I did not buy the full package I was considering.

Forget this and go for S&D 1.5, it will be available soon.

The problem has already been fixed, download the newest version.

Uninstall and install a new copy from the website. They fixed the update problem today. Be prepared to re-do any
option changes, etc. you made. Looks like they finally fixed it. Was old DNS entries or some such.

In his case he would need to log in with his account and download the version (plus/pro) he purchaced.
