I have been unable to update my newly purchased Ad-aware SE software. I have been following the threads and have tried all suggestions. The update worked the first week or so and then nothing. Same for the Ad-aware personal version I use on my laptop.
Why no support phone number for paying customers, Lavasoft? Why no billing department I can call and get a refund?
WHY NOT JUST FIX THE DAMN PROBLEM???
Thank God I did not buy the full package I was considering.
