The past four days I have been unable to connect to the Lavasoft site to check for upgrades. An error is noted each time access is tried saying that there is a retrieval error. I have tried over and over again without success. Is there a problem that is causing this at Lavasoft and will it be corrected soon? Thank you..

I am having the same problem. Loads to 5%..............Error retrieving update
