[size=4] I have only used Lavasoft twice and both times there were critical issues. I tried clicking on quarantine, but it was greyed out. Pls tell me how to proceed in order to delete the items you find as critical. Thank you. Sillyjack :

Hi, sillyjack.

First, launch Ad-Aware SE and check for updates. Next click on the gear to access the Configuration Menu. Click on Tweak > Cleaning Engine > UNcheck "Always try to unload modules before deletion". Then, please follow the steps listed below.

1. Launch Ad-Aware SE and run a Full Scan.
2. When the scan has completed, select Next.
3. In the Scanning Results window, select the "Scan Summary" tab.
4. Check the box next to each "target family" you wish to remove.
5. Click next, Click OK.
6. Shutdown/restart.
