I have the same problem since 10 days. During smart scan, SE freezes on the 97420 file. Every time. I have allready checked my disk, chekced with RootkitRevealer and with BlackLite but nothing helps. Hereby I give the BlackLite log and the log from RootkitRevealer:

I didn't experience any sort of problem. But i'm not sure regarding it. I hope an advanced user can sort it out.
