I am sure others have experienced this and I have looked through the notes and FAQs but cannot get Ad-Aware to complete a scan. I get about 97,000 items scanned and it stops. I have gone into the tools section and un-checked the file folder so it will not be scanned and it doesn't work. I have done a disc cleanup, degrag, with no change. Can you give me an idea what to do at this point?
