I wonder if anyone can help me with this.
I have used Lavasoft System Scan for a long time without any problems. However, this week something odd has happened.
The Scan went so far and then stopped, refusing to complete. The "eggtimer" symbol was there, showing that the job was incomplete. Some Critical Objects were identified, but I was unable to remove them, of course. I have tried three or four Scans but the same thing occurs each time. I estimate the the Scan is about two-thirds of the way through before coming to a halt.
Any ideas?
