Every time I run a scan of my C Drive with Lavasoft, the very last item scanned shows "Busy" with a blue background. Can you please explain what this indicates? Is it a program that is running or what?

This is normal but should go away in a short. If it does not then you may need to uninstall and re-install AdAware again.
I have a problem with the 2007 version (beta). It pauses for long periods of time and sometimes it locks up or crashes my computer!
My Outlook Express does not work so I can't comunicate except this way!
I also have earthlink with Time Warner Cable!

I forgot to tell you that it makes a funny audio sound to let you know it found some malware! It also has a check mark on the bottom that says finished!
Finished=Next! Click that and another page pops up. The busy does not go away until you click next to tell it what to do.
