My antivirus software detected in my computer:

Documents and Settings\default user\local settings\temporary internet files\Content.IE5\GPUV0DEB\ads[1].htm=](unicode)=](JAVASCRIPT 1) infected with Exploit.HTML.IframeBof.A, and

Documents and Settings\default user\local settings\temporary internet files\Content.IE5\C92389EV\ads[1].htm=](unicode)=](JAVASCRIPT 1) infected with Exploit.HTML.IframeBof.A

and found in:

Documents and Settings\default user\local settings\temporary internet files\Content.IE5\CDAN8HIN\35[1].htm may be infected with Exploit.Html.Codebase.Exec.C

I have used Ad-aware SE Personal to run a full scan but could not find such infection.

My antivirus software always give such an infection warning everytime when I start the IE browser or when I delete the Temporary Internet Files in the Tool/Internet Option.

Is there a real infection? Please help
