I have installed Ad-Aware SE personal on an windows xp home sp2 notebook.
When I will do "check for update now" the connection will try to connect to the Lavasoft Server and after some minutes I will get the message: "Error retrieving update" and the proressbar will stand at 5%.
Hope somebody can help me there how I can solve this problem.

Hello
Do you have any other security software installed? Perhaps a firewall, this could be the source of this problem if it is not configured to allow traffic for Ad-Aware.
