Full Version: Google Personal Homepage Cookie gone

I use Google's personal home page with multiple tabs and have a ton of contact info built into it. After I ran a scan with Ad-Aware SE, all of that info on my Google home page is gone. After the scan, I just selected "all" and quarantined.

Google suggests that Ad-Aware deleted the cookie from Google that supplies this info. How can I restore that cookie? My Internet Explorer 6 is set to accept cookies, (medium privacy level.)

Thanks

Hi windsock,
QUOTE

Open Ad-Aware SE and select "Open quarantine list" on the main Status page (under the Heading "Usage Statistics").

Highlight the Quarantine file from the date that you ran the scan/quarantine - right-click for more options.

Restore the cookie that you need, then re-scan and when it is detected, put in your Ignore List.

Thereafter, future scans will ignore it.

Regards,

Spike
