theres a window that does nothing it just sit on my task bar. ive tried to click it and right click it but nothing happens. even when i restart my computer it always comes up. this has been going on for about three days now, can someone please help

Can you give us a screenshot of it?

When the window comes up, press the Print Screen button on your keyboard (called something like "Prt Scr" or "Prnt Scrn", etc). Then, load up an image editor, such as Microsoft Paint (can be found in the Accessories folder in your Start Menu). Click on Edit, and then Paste. Save the file. Then upload it somewhere, such as IMGSpot or ImageShack. Then just post here with the link to the image.

Also, please post your Ad-Aware log file for us to look at.

Your first post started "theres a window". Anyway, you can still give us a screenshot so we can see what it looks like, and again, post an Ad-Aware log file for us to look at. We really can't do anything to help if you don't give us any information.
