Please help. Thank you.

I did check all of the past posts and nothing works... One thing I didn't mention... I recently replaced my old Hard Drive with a new one... a Seagate Internal Hard Drive Ultra ATA/100... when it began formating.. it gave itself the letter G for the drive instead of C.. I followed all of the recommended instructions to change the letter of the drive but keep getting the message........Windows cannot modify the drive letter of your system volume or boot volume.
Now what?? Help!

I went to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, clicked on Disk Management... Disk 0 is my Hard Disk which is partitioned into F and C... C was renamed G when I formated the new hard drive and was assigned G. Don't know why or how that happened. Under Disk 0 is Disk 1 removable Disk C. I renamed this Disk B and now Adaware loads and works fine. I have no removable disk C (cool.gif. Don't know why this disk shows up. I guess the problem is solved.
