Help, I have run several programs to find this devil but I'm at the end of my rope. This pop up is for a drive cleaner and it is persistent. Also, with this, came another annoying creature called adrotator. If you have ever had this you know what I'm talking about. It will fill my screen with 100 windows in 10 seconds. Any help out there?

Download 'Hijack This!'. http://www.spywareinfoforum.info/~merijn/f.../HijackThis.exe
Save it in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\HJT\, double click HijackThis.exe, and hit "Do a system scan and save a logfile".

When the Notepad window opens, do Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
