so ive read through alot of the forums here,
starting with the one where the fix for the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"
was to update Mcafee, but i dont have any Mcafee products on my machine.

i did see some info about chkdisk, did it, nothing.
in the same forum were some links to download some
software, i did the rootkit,
and as suggested here is the txt file after saving:

HKLM\SECURITY\Policy\Secrets\SAC* 8/23/2003 1:06 AM 0 bytes Key name contains embedded nulls (*)
HKLM\SECURITY\Policy\Secrets\SAI* 8/23/2003 1:06 AM 0 bytes Key name contains embedded nulls (*)
D: 0 bytes Error mounting volume
