I recently downloaded the "Ad-Aware SE personal" to help get rid of some spyware we've had on our computer for about 4 months now. I performed a full system scan and Searched for neglible risk entries and then begun the scan. Once it starts scanning it scans about 34922 objects and then completely freezes up! I tried to show you a screenshot of what it looks like when the scanning stops working (it always freezes on the same thing)but it's not letting me take a screenshot for some reason
It freezes on something called HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES\Software\..
I can't really think of any other bits of information that could be useful for helping solve the problem except the following:
34 Running Processes
1472 Process Modules
3 Objects recognised
3 new critical objects
1 Registry keys identified
1 Registry value identified
Please help (if you can!)!
