Some ad blockers (different than pop-up blockers) cause the Lavasoft home page to display incorrectly. For some reason, when you view the Products Menu, you will only see 3 of the 7 options. Also, you will not see the green box with the link to the freeware version. And that's what has had a lot of users upset! Here is the image:

Also, the Products menu will display incorrectly on several other Lavasoft pages. And links that are supposed to show in the forum posts show as blank. I figured out what the problem is! I use Norton Personal Firewall (NPF) which includes a built-in ad blocker. At the top of the browser there is an NPF button where you can select whether to 'Block ads on this site' or not. If there is a check mark next to it you will see the home page as shown above (I am not the only user to experience this). If you uncheck the option to 'Block ads on this site', the page will reload, and everything will show normal! Also links will now appear in the postings. STRANGE!!! No wonder it made some of us users feel like the free version was being hidden. This is the normal view of the home page with ads unblocked:

The thing that bugs me is that, even though this is not necessarily the website designer's fault (unless he can use some alternative coding to prevent this), it could adversely affect future potential retail customers if they come to your site with intentions of making a purchase, then go to your Products menu and not being able to readily find what they came for, leave in frustration.
Perhaps you could place a statement prominently on your home page recommending that visitors turn off ad blockers for this site or they may get unexpected results. I can only verify that Symantec's Norton Personal Firewall causes this. I have not tested any other products. Please note that this is not a negative statement towards Norton Personal Firewall. It works as designed and works great on pages where ads interfere with your surfing enjoyment. However, it can cause unexpected results on many web pages, not just Lavasoft.com. And it is usually the last thing people think to check when they have problems (including myself).
Have a great day everybody and I hope this helps someone else too!
