Ok, the first thing you need to do is stay calm

Create a folder called HJT or something similiar in your Program Files folder and unzip it into that folder.
Create a shortcut (link) of HijackThis.exe to your desktop and run it. Don't do anything else except
post that logfile which it created here, along with a new Lavasoft Ad-aware logfile.
