Ad-Watch is a real time monitor, included in the pro/plus versions of Ad-Aware. It will prevent malwares in our database from running before they have a chance to infect the system

To enable Ad-Watch:-

1. Start Ad-Aware.

2. From the main menu to the left, click the Ad-Watch Button

- After a few seconds, the Ad-Watch screen will appear, and you will see a small icon in the system tray

3. Choose which mode you wish Ad-Watch to function in.

- "Active" should always be ON, unless you wish to shut off the real time protection

- "Automatic" decides wether or not you wish to block anything potentially malicious, or decide yourself at
the time. You can disable this option later.

4. Configure all options

- Click "Tools" then "Options"

- You probably want Ad-Watch to start when windows starts. Choose "Load Ad-Watch on windows startup"

- Realtime performance decides how quickly ad-watch responds to execution of malicious code.
