Hi,
My AdAware SE freezes every time it scans and finds C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache

by the time it reaches there, it has already discovered critical objects, but i cannot erase those until it finishes the scan. What is happening? Help please!

If those steps do not fix the problem, you could try a Custom Scan, as set out (with screen-shots) towards the end of this Topic: Ad-aware still freezes while deep scanning registry
