I went to a site called ebates.com, its a discount site that my niece recommended, it was on the TV here, anyway i could not open the site.

The Adwatch or adware blocked it, so I went to ad watch rules put in www.ebates.com to allow, it would not allow it.

I had to close ad watch to look at the site, or x out block cookies,

Am I doing something wrong, how do I allow this site, without opening Ad watch unclicking the block cookies all the time?

do i pick exact match, partial match, first time I have run into this.
