Personally, I am a big believer in printing out all on-line order steps (have a filing cabinet of the stuff) which comes in useful more often than you would think.
That said, if necessary, contact Lavasoft at
generalsupport@lavasoft.com (that address is only valid for paid-up purchasers of Ad-Aware Plus/Pro). They are likely to ask for Order# and Reference#, which are available inside the element5 link above. You may actually get enough information to login to Lavasoft's
Support CenterTo get into there, you need your email address and password from date of registration. If/once you get inside, check out the various sections: Personal Info, License Info, Product Downloads etc.
If Product downloads shows no product available, then your annual subscription will have expired. Check the License Renewals:
