I some how managed to get this lovely little peice of work downloaded onto my computer. After using spybot, adaware SE and AVG anti-spyware as well as running a dozen anti-virus checks I've gotten rid of most of the issues that were poping up. I can't however seem to get rid of the opening webpage, it always comes up telling me that i've been infected with W32.Myzor.FK@yf and that i need to download spydoctor or some other program(which i tried the day I got the virus and just made things worse - also got rid of most of that as far as i know) I also can't get rid of the "protection bar" which I'm pretty sure is a part of the virus too....

I have my HijackThis logfile as well, however I can't seem to download the smitfraudfix file that I beleive might solve this issue....any help would be greatly appreciated.
