I had difficulty registering my store-bought copy of LS AdAware sePlus in early October and was also unable to download the latest def files. This all finally got resolved last week and LS sent me a password for the support center.
The password didn't work; I tried several times and ways of entering it to access support but was unable to do so. I requested it be resent to me several times, hoping that would "trigger" it. I tried using it at both LS .com and LS .de hoping to get into support, but that didn't work either. Spike suggested I post this problem here so it could be addressed.
I surely would appreciate being able to access the support that I paid for when I need it! Please give this situation the tech attention it needs.
