sad.gif Hello Guys, first timer on your forum although a user of Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition for a while now. I'm at a loss here of how to download the 'free' add ons quite frankly, i've spent an age going round in circles trying to get LSP Explorer and OE/W Messengerctrl I click on the said articles and read through the instructions i.e close Ad-Aware etc but where is the download icon for any of them it's driving me nuts. I know some windows popup when the cursor moves with links in them but not what i'm wanting. I don't personally feel this page very user friendly which is www.lavasoft.de/download_and_buy/plugins_for_ad-aware/Isp_explorer.php.
I look forward to a reply in telling me whats going wrong (me no doubt). Thankyou
spike-nz
Hi dingo,

The plug-ins are on the newly redesigned Lavasoft Webpage.

They can be found here: Plug-ins and Tools

sad.gif Hi Spike-nz, Thanks for the reply however this doesn't address my issue of not seeing the download link no matter what articles I click on, very strange!

Hi dingo,

These screen-shots are what I get when I follow the link that I gave you:

If I then click the "Download" button, the download begins.

Which browser are you using? There were initially some compatability issues with IE, so I used Firefox. However, all seems to be sorted out and I navigated for the screen-shots with IE7.

Regards,

Spike

RUNNING X.P HOME EDITION, AND USE ADAWARE S.E.
Which version of Ad-Aware SE are you running - the (free) Personal or the (paid-for) Plus/Pro?

Also is your Build of Ad-Aware SE 1.06r1 (look at the bottom right of the main Ad-Aware status screen) ?

Where was it greyed-out? The downloaded executable file (vx2cleaner_inst.exe) or in the "Add Ons" screen in Ad-Aware SE?
