Due to a Federal law that kicks in January 1, 2007, my financial institution has instituted a computer authentication program. The first time you use your computer on their website you have to answer 3 questions to authenticate your computer.
If you ever access the site on another computer it asks you to answer the questions again with the same answers to authenticate THAT computer.
It is asking me to answer the questions everytime I go to the site from the SAME computer and says one reason it does that could be that my spyware software (Adaware SE personal) may be blocking or deleting cookies.
How can I fix this?

Hi smitri,

Since you have Ad-Aware SE Personal, there is no in-built cookie-blocker. Only the (paid-for) SE Plus and Professional have the realtime monitor called Ad-Watch, which comes with a configurable Tracking Cookie blocker.

The free Personal version simply reports any cookies found, when you scan "after the fact", so to speak.

Therfore, I would look elsewhere at some of your other "PC Safety" software for an answer to your problem.

Regards,

Spike
