The program when scanning my computer says that there are 21 critical findings but it locks up before it finishes so I can't delete whatever the 21 issues are. Also, I purposely went in and manually deleted one of the files it named when it would lock up and started the scanning again. Now it is locked up on another file it's scanning -- BUT this time I did a search for that file and it says he doesn't even exist. The file that doesn't exist is called "c:\RECYCLE\S-1-5-21- (and then a whole slew of numbers). Anyway, I need help.

There are quite a few reasons for the scan to freeze - try the list of suggested fixes in my post in this thread: conditional scans? pc gets stuck on those
