I have looked at some of the resolved problems with this and have updated Adaware SE, and also downloaded Hijack to try to find files that matched other peoples problems with no luck and I didn't want to delete any files that I needed on accident. The problem seems to only show up in Windows explorer, I don't generally use this program, but I still don't want the trojan. Can someone help?

To assist the log-reading experts, we require logs fron Ad-Aware and HijackThis scans. The format of your attachment: Trojan_adaware_scan_log.txt ( 25.64k ), makes it very hard for the experts to read. Please select 'Full Edit" as in this screen-shot:

Please ensure that no MRU's (harmless items) bulk up your log, setting-up your scanning parameters like this - please note the red cross and green tick.

Delete the file attachment, run a Full Scan, and copy/paste the resulting log into this topic. Thn follow it with an HJT log.

Once posted, please refrain from adding further posts (called "Bumping", as logs are read from oldest to newest - "bumping" merely sends you to the back of the queue again.

It may take a little while for the overwhelmed log-readers to get to your Topic - your patience would be appreciated
