Full Version: Enterprise Definitions Update Fails Consistently

The topic title says it all. My AdAxis Server has not been able to update for weeks.

What is the address of the "update site" mentioned in the error report? Is it working?

What is the "reference .ini" file that "was not found" and where should it be so that it may be found.

I respectfully suggest that everyone who is using Enterprise and has this problem post a "me too" message here so that there is a clear idea of the extent of this problem.

I also suggest that if someone from LS is reading this, please honor us with a response, even if it is simply palliative.

Yes I am a me too. I have not been working for weeks also. I just noticed the problem today. I have tried installing the enterprise server on another computer with the same results. I have disabled the outgoing firewall on our router and I have no firewall running on the computer.

Yes. i'm having the same problem. nodoby seems know how fix this... and also, i have a couple of questions about the enterprise version...
1.- it is possible control(and configure) the preferences (or settings) of the ad-aware Client ?? [You know... like you do with group policies, or like any client version of antivirus]. biggrin.gif
2.- how can i deploy the client of the ad-aware enterprise to all my Domain PCS?? until now.. i create a script that install this client... but i was looking in the web, and says "Update client software using .msi files and Windows Group policies" how????????? huh.gif
i can't find a document that explain that. sad.gif

any help would be vety appreciate.

For those of you unfamiliar with what Spike is referring to, there is another thread here that I posted that is similar to this one. (Perhaps Spike can provide a link).

To save you the trouble of looking there, the response tells us to go directly to Lavasoft Tech Support because Enterprise edition, particularly the AdAxis controller is not handled here.
