The FAQs are a little hard to find for some products.
Under Product Families there are two forums: Ad-Aware and Firewall. The FAQ for firewall is available as a link at this level so people can quickly find them.
However, for Ad-aware SE the FAQs are sub forums under Ad-Aware, Ad-watch etc so need an extra click to find them.
Rather than product family > product > component > faq how about a FAQ forum at the first Ad-Aware family forum that is then sub divided into products? Would this work better? That way the FAQ link would be visible at the level top level for both firewall and ad-aware which would help new people find the FAQs that much quicker and save them posting repeat questions. Maybe this could just be setup so it is a minor of the other FAQs so you get the best of both worlds.
