Please note I have sent numerous emails that every time I log into suport center and try to click on anything it automatically logs me out - I need to re-download the software, make password changes, etc...and I can not.

Please fix and/or contact me - I have tried every option after I log in and it automatically logs me out - this is extremely frustrating and I have not received any support!

To re-download products from there, you must have the (paid-for) Plus or Professional versions of Ad-Aware SE. I assume that you are using the email address and password obtained at the time of product registration?

NB: the Personal (free) version of Ad-Aware is available here: Ad-aware SE Build 106r1

If you have had either of the paid-for versions, SE Plus or SE Professional and wish to re-download or upgrade from one to the other, go here:

Should you find that you are still having problems retrieving Plus/Pro, use the (free) Personal version until the matter has been sorted-out. That way you will retain Ad-Aware protection in the interim.

Passwords/Registrations "101": ALWAYS printout and keep all registration or email/password selection pages. They can be a pain to store, but will nearly always be of great help later on smile.gif
