Customer CenterClick to view attachmentTo re-download products from there, you must have the (paid-for) Plus or Professional versions of Ad-Aware SE. I assume that you are using the email address and password obtained at the time of product registration?

Should you find that you are still having problems retrieving Plus/Pro, use the (free) Personal version until the matter has been sorted-out. That way you will retain Ad-Aware protection in the interim.
Passwords/Registrations "101": ALWAYS printout and keep all registration or email/password selection pages. They can be a pain to store, but will nearly always be of great help later on
