Hello everybody,

sad to say, but after upgrading from Norton Internet Security 2006 to version 2007 my Ad-Aware has been virtually shredded into pieces. Norton mentioned in a log file after scanning for viruses that adaware.exe was in fact a "bloodhound.overload" virus. Since it was removed immediately. Bad thing is, I have two problems now. First I would like to keep Ad-Aware next to Norton without both of them fighting to death, second is that I do not have a backup-file of the Ad-Aware SE Professional Edition, due to a fatal hard disk crash.

Dear all, is that problem with Norton 2007 and Ad-Aware a known fact? Any way of resolving this matter?

Do I have to buy a new copy of Ad-Aware, or can I download a new copy after submitting my genuine purchase details?

Thanks for your comments!

Greetings,

Tiberian
