i suggest that help through an instant message think such as msn yahoo or one that the guys at lavasost make themselves.

REASONS: it would phenomonaly increse reply times and the time taken to resolve each issue

The main problem with your suggestion is that other people who may have the same/similar problem would not benefit from PM replies as they will not see them.

Therefore still having to post the same question again, although a answer had already been provided.

Sorry, I should have mentioned the e-mail reply setting in your Profile/Settings.
As soon as a reply is given, then you should receive a e-mail any-way?
