After I run Adaware SE Personal, ALL the previous Addresses in my Address Bar are GONE!
(from drop down box)

I have searched help with no mention of this issue. I DO need my previous addresses!

I have used Adaware for 5+ yrs and this has never happened before

It sounds like you are deleting MRUs (Most Recently Used lists) which are not considered a threat.

Try unchecking this selection in the scanning options (deselected *negligible risk* items):
