Hi
I wonder what exactly the timestamps of the definition file mean.
E.g. today's SE1R123 definition file:
defs.ref inside the archive: modif. date 14Sep2006, 10:10 am
defs.zip (zipped defs.ref): modif.date 14Sep2006, 8:20 am
Why is the modif.date of the compressed file earlier than the date of the defs.ref? First the defs.ref file is created, than could be put into an archive, (and placed on the server), right? And last, is the time GMT or not - 08:20(+0000), 10:00(+0000)?

Best regards,
ikov

I'd like to know when exactly the new defintion file appears on the server and why the timestamps differ so much.

Best regards,
ikov
